 | There are a variety of winter clothes that keep you warm in the colder months. Winter clothing is a combination of thick socks, chunky woolen scarves and closed-toe shoes. In the northern side of the globe, cold-weather clothing might be a pair of "ice pants" combined with a super-thick goose-down jacket but in India it is not that dull. Here, much of what makes winter clothing unique is fabric and composition; cold-weather apparel is made to trap heat and insulate against the cold. Here the men and women both like to dress best even during the winters as the weather cannot stop them to look glamorous and high on their fashion statement. Therefore here is a list of some must-have winter clothes that you must own in order to enjoy the fashion and remain chic. a. Coats & Blazers- Coats are worn in winter to protect the torso and arms from cold winds and temperature. Coats come in a wide variety; some of the styles are fur coat, pea coat, leather coats, ski jackets or puffy coats. A blazer is for formal wear and a coat is for anytime wear. Formal blazers are generally made in deep shades like navy, black, gray etc. Whereas, coats can be made of any fabric like cotton, linen and leather. b. Gloves & Mittens- Winters tend to make your hands numb and frozen; therefore there is a need to cover them with gloves or mittens. Gloves are usually knit, wool, or fleece. Fingerless gloves are available if you need your fingers free for activity. While gloves are designed in the shape of the hand, mittens cover the entire hand with a separation for the thumb. c. Thermal Underclothes- Thermals are close-fitting skin hugging clothes which keep your body warm and cozy. They can be purchased as a one-piece suit or separately as shirts and bottoms. d. Scarves- A scarf is a long piece of clothing that is wrapped around the neck to keep it warm and cozy. There are a lot of styles like fur, fleece, wool, velvet and more.
